Summer School Driver’s Education Sign-Up
Dates: June 9–13 (Classroom Instruction), Driving to be scheduled
Location: LAHS Study Hall
Cost: $150
Requirements:
Must be at least 14 years old
A learner’s permit is preferred
Mandatory attendance for the entire week of classroom instruction
Behind-the-wheel driving sessions will be scheduled individually after the classroom portion

🎉🍬 Candy Land Tournament! 🍬🎉 Week Three Update 🍬🏆
The Langdon Area School continues to look for options to develop a plan to bring to the public. I have received a few questions on why a plan hasn't been posted. The reason a plan has not been posted is that the board has not formally approved any plan at this time. The attached documents outline the deferred maintenance that will either be address through bond funding or scheduled. Things are very fluid but please be assured that when a formal plan is approved it will be posted, published and presented to the public.

Langdon School Board moving forward to meet with park board and city council for agreement on property usage if a resolution should pass. Attached is a picture of the proposed addition and parking area overlayed on a google map. The parking lot can still be adjusted some during engineering.

The Langdon Area School Board would like to invite parents, staff, patrons and any interested parties to attend an open public meeting in the high school study hall on March 12th at 5:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss information collected concerning deferred maintenance, security issues, and other identified facility improvement needs. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and give input. This will be an open public meeting and will be followed by the regular monthly school board meeting. The school board will need to decide on the direction moving forward in the near future.
